No refunds or pro-rata refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Vickers Wealth Intelligence, LLC, its owners (including Damon Vickers), employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any financial losses incurred from using our information.
Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription during the current term.

6. No Class Actions, Arbitration Agreement

Subscribers waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Vickers Wealth Intelligence, LLC.

Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Wyoming, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

No jury trials. All disputes will be handled individually.

7. Intellectual Property and Subscriber Restrictions

All content provided by Vickers Wealth Intelligence, LLC is protected under copyright laws.

Subscribers may not share, redistribute, or resell our content in any form.

Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
